The purpose of RyanHorn.com and associated web sites is to disseminate the
author’s views. Communications are welcome so long as they specifically relate
to this purpose.
Users are expected at all times to provide RyanHorn.com with accurate

Communications regarding this web site and its content become the property of
Ryan M. Horn, and maybe edited and published in any medium.
Unacceptable uses of RyanHorn.com include, but are not limited to, the
following:
Harassment of another Internet user or users, including but not limited to,
transmitting any threatening, libelous or obscene material, or material of any
nature which could be deemed to be offensive, and the e-mailing of
age-inappropriate communications or content to anyone under the age of 18. All
accesses to RyanHorn.com are logged, as well as form submissions. In the event
of any harassment using RyanHorn.com’s facilities, we will notify the
appropriate law enforcement agencies promptly.
Spamming including, but not limited to (1) the bulksending of unsolicited
messages, or the sending of unsolicited e-mails which provoke complaints from
recipients, (2) the sending of junk mail, (3) the use of distribution lists that
include people who have not given specific permission to be included in such
distribution process, (4) posting commercial ads to USENET newsgroups that do
not permit it, (5) posting articles containing binary encoded data to a
non-binary newsgroups, (6) excessive and repeated posting off-topic messages to
newsgroups, (7) excessive and repeated cross-posting.
User shall not use RyanHorn.com services or facilities in a manner which
violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation, or which
fails to comply with accepted Internet protocol. User shall not attempt to
interfere in any way with RyanHorn.com networks or network security, or attempt
to use the RyanHorn.com services or facilities to gain unauthorized access to
any other computer system.
